it's their life, and if they don't wana deal with pregnancy/birth/raising a kid for atleast 18 years, then they wont LOL


Me: If a man wants to rape a woman, just let him!

If someone wants to put a criminal to death, let them!

If a woman wants to kill her husband, let her!

If a kid wants to steal from a store, let him/her!

If someone wants to murder someone else, let them!

It's their choice, and if they don't want to obey the law, then they won't and shouldn't be forced to.


Another someone: Abortion isn't against the law. You can call it murder all you want but the doesn't side with you.


Me: You're right, abortion isn't against the law.

However, remember that slavery was once legal. Women also didn't have the right to vote, that was legal. Black people didn't have the right to vote, that was legal. Let's see, what else is legal... OH YEA, alcohol is legal, which kills millions of people (drunk drivers, overdrinking, etc.). What else was legal that wasn't okay, or what is legal and isn't okay? In Iraq, Saddam let his "buddies" rape and kill women and children, and also killed men. Hitler mass murdered his own people in the Holocaust. Both of those were LEGAL over there. But were those okay? No.

Not everything that is legal is okay. Something being legal doesn't make it anymore okay, especially when it comes to death.

No offense, but why do you keep bringing God into the abortion debate? I know most people on here believe in God, as I do, but wouldn't it be better to argue against abortion with a viewpoint of science and medicine rather than religion, especially if the person you debate isn't religious and doesn't believe in God?


I personally only debate abortion with a religious viewpoint if the person I'm debating is religious. It works out great for me.

I just like having the freedom to post truth in its purest form. It is an American thing to do. These scriptures reminds us that Christ was a child. From the moment of conception a Son. It also shows the boldness of the first church to preach the good news inspite of severe persicution. Pagans getting fussy over the truth is nothing compared to that. The pure Gospel of Christ is the best way to stop abortion. A changed heart does not kill babies.

But not everyone is religious or believes and God, and when you keep bringing up Christianity in the abortion debate, they won't listen to you... they'll turn away. They won't listen to a religion discussion. That's why science and medicine is better brought up in a debate, and not religion every single time.

For the non-religious person, common sense and ordinary human decency are enough to know that babies ought not be killed.

It's real simple: Live baby good, dead baby bad.

No need to complicate it.
